L'ANBBA Associazione di Categoria Nazionale dei B&B/Aff certifica la Qualità di queste strutture ricettive in Italia.

Le categorie di qualità assegnate da ANBBA ai propri associati mediante il marchio  sono valutate con il sistema software AVS (ANBBA Valuation System).

L'Associazione Nazionale dei Bed & Breakfast e degli Affittacamere (ANBBA) procede ad un regolare controllo delle proprietà che figurano nel presente catalogo.

ANBBA undertake a regular assessment of properties and provides a roman number rating. The selection is based on three main criteria:

Le categorie sono fornite in base a tre criteri fondamentali:

1) La qualità del servizio offerto

- the quality of the service offered

2) La qualità dei locali

- the quality of the house and forniture

3) Le caratteristiche soggettive del gestore

- the owner's attitudes

TABELLA ESPLICATIVA DELLE CATEGORIE ANBBA

Categoria I Cat I Superior	B&B ed Afffittacamere con eccellente qualità dell'alloggio ed eccellenza nel servizio e nella cortesia. Accurati servizi al cliente: stanze grandi e confortevoli, arredate con gusto e spesso con preferenza per il lusso, un bagno per ogni camera. / B&B and Affittacamere offering a luxurious quality of accommodation and an excellent guest's care.
Categoria II Cat. II Superior	B&B ed Affittacamere con un livello di qualità dell'alloggio ed un servizio di breakfast entrambi all'altezza degli standard alberghieri. Camere con arredi di pregio ed almeno un bagno ogni due camere. Nella II^ Sup. il breakfast e gli arredi sono molto curati. / B&B and Affittacamere offering a good quality of accommodation and a high rate of guest's care.
Categoria III Cat. III Superior	B&B ed Affittacamere localizzati in case semplici e pulite ed organizzate con i servizi minimi di legge ed impianti a norma. Arredo curato e cortesia nella III^ Sup. Almeno un bagno in comune a più camere. / B&B and Affittacamere offering a quite good quality of accommodation and basic guest's care.
Categoria IV Cat. IV Superior	B&B ed Affittacamere che non raggiungono i requisiti minimi per essere associati ANBBA. / B&B and Affittacamere offering a basic accommodation and a basic guest's care. Not available in this Site.

Le attività del presente catalogo sono state tutte legalmente autorizzate.

I B&B sono presenti nelle sole regioni dove la legge ne permette l'esistenza e sono in possesso della copia della denuncia di inizio attività presentata al Comune di residenza. Gli Affittacamere sono stati autorizzati dal Comune in cui hanno sede ad esercitare l'attività e sono titolari di Partita Iva.

The properties within this guide are accredited by the Regional Authorities. B&Bs mustn't deliver the fiscal receipt being private houses and not business activities in Italy. The Affittacamere must deliver a fiscal receipt, with exception of Tuscany where the activity is available with no business form.
